Q: How does the Smart Wipes Dispenser™ work? How do the wipes stay wet?
A: The dispenser consists of a built-in pocket made with a water-proof lining that is heat-sealed to keep the moisture in. The opening in the front of the bag is constructed with a soft-touch thermoplastic material that is flexible and easy to grab and pull wipes through while keeping them protected from the elements. Q: Do I have to use a particular brand of wipes?
A: No, any high-quality wipes are fine. We recommend "pop-up" style wipes as they are folded together, making it easier to pull one after the other. (But if we must choose, we like the chlorine-free, biodegradable wipes from Seventh Generation for their earth-friendly and gentle qualities!)
Q: Do I still need the travel packs of wipes, or any other wipes cases?
A: Definitely not. The idea behind the Smart Wipes Dispenser™ is to eliminate the need for travel packs or wipes cases. Just take a big stack of wipes from your bulk supply at home and load it in for a few days’ worth. You’ll not only save money, you’ll help cut down on wasteful packaging
Q: Can I wash my My Royal Heinie bag?
A: Yes, most of our products are machine washable. Please follow these simple washing instructions: Machine wash cold; Wash with like colors only; Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed; Make sure to wash separately before first use. We recommend air-dry, but if you must put them in the dryer then put it on low heat. Any exceptions will be noted by product. Note: All denim products are not colorfast, and therefore should not be washed in the machine as colors will run.
Q: How big are the bags? How much can I fit inside?
A: The concept behind My Royal Heinie is smaller is better. Our mantra is “downsize your diaper bag!” so all of our products are designed to fit the maximum amount of essentials in the smallest amount of space so you can always put your fingers on exactly what you need. The daypack measures just 9” x 7”. All of our purses fit at least six diapers and a large stack of wipes.
Q: Can I attach it to my stroller?
A: Yes. All of our products are designed for quick and easy access to your essentials while on the go. The Daypack is equipped with stroller clips. The Wallet can be thrown in the basket of the stroller, inside of another bag, or hung from a stroller hook if available.

Exchanges
If you purchased one of our products from a retail location other than the myroyalheinie.com website, any exchange will be governed by that retailer’s exchange policy. If the retailer from whom you purchased the product are unable to assist you, please contact us during business hours (9a-5p M-F EST) and we will try to assist you.
If you have purchased one of our products from myroyalheinie.com and would like to exchange that product, please contact us during business hours (9a-5p M-F EST) and we will assist you. You may exchange unused items purchased from the myroyalheinie.com website within 10 days of the original purchase. Product(s) to be exchanged must be returned in new and unused condition with the accessories and tag(s) attached along with the original packing invoice.
Returns
This policy applies to items you would like to return for a refund and may vary depending on where you purchased our products. If you made a purchase from a location other than the myroyalheinie.com website, the return policy of the retailer from whom you purchased the product will govern your transaction. Items purchased from a retailer other than myroyalheinie.com may NOT be returned or exchanged through the myroyalheinie.com return center.
